4 English muffins, split and toasted
1/2 cup extra chunky garden spaghetti sauce
Two 5-ounce cans chunk white chicken, drained
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Crushed red pepper, dried oregano leaves or garlic powder (optional)
Recipe
Place muffins on rack in broiler pan. Spread about 1 tablespoon spaghetti sauce on each muffin half. Divide chicken and cheese among muffin halves. Sprinkle with red pepper or other herbs.
Broil 4 inches from heat 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Makes 8 open face sandwiches or 4 servings.
