    Chicken and Onion Barbecue Pizza

    3 (4 oz) pkg mesquite barbecue-seasoned boneless skinless chicken breast fillets

    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

    1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion rings

    2 tablespoons honey

    1 (10 oz) can refrigerated all ready pizza crust

    1/2 cup barbecue sauce

    6 oz (1-1/2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese

    1 Cook chicken in skillet as directed on package. Cool 5 minutes. Cut crosswise into short thin strips.

    2 In small skillet, combine bell pepper, onion rings and honey; cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

    3 Meanwhile, heat oven to 425 F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out with hands. Bake at 425 F. for 6 to 7 minutes or until crust just begins to brown.

    4 Spoon barbecue sauce evenly over partially baked crust. Top with chicken stirps; sprinkle with cheese. Top with bell pepper mixture. Bake at 425 F. for an additional 11 to 15 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
