Dessert: Cranberry Pear Pizza

1 12-inch Mama Mary's® Gourmet Pizza Crust
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 29-oz. can pear slices, drained
1/4 cup reserved pear liquid
1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/3 cup coconut
Topping
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
--- Glaze ---
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 oz. cream cheese
2-3 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Line a vented pizza pan or large baking sheet with parchment baking paper trimmed so that edges do not hang over the pan and will not touch oven walls. Place crust on pan and brush crust and rim with softened butter.
In a medium saucepan combine brown sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in lemon juice and 1/4th cup pear liquid. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Boil, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened, about 1 minute. Add pears, cranberries and coconut; stir gently to coat. Cool slightly and spoon evenly over pizza crust.
Mix together topping ingredients and distribute over pears. Reduce oven temperature to 425° F. Keeping pizza on the pan bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven. In a small bowl combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm pizza.
