Crust: Pizza with Meat Crust

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
1/3 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/4 cup canned diluted beef broth
1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup chopped tomato
4 ounces thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried whole oregano
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Recipe
Combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, beef broth, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix well.
Press meat mixture into a 9-inch pieplate, forming a shell. Bake at 375 F. for 20 to 25 minutes (meat crust will shrink in pan). Drain carefully. Sprinkle chopped tomato over meat crust.
Top with mozzarella cheese slices. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, oregano, and parsley. Bake at 375 F. for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
