    Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1/3 cup prepared Dijon-style mustard
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon steak sauce

    Recipe



    Rinse the chicken breasts under cold running water and pat dry. Combine mustard, honey, mayonnaise and steak sauce. Stir well to blend. Reserve 1/2 of the sauce for basting on the grill. Dip the breasts into the remaining sauce and coat completely. Cook over low heat on the grill for 18 to 20 minutes (9 to 10 minutes per side) or until juices run clear. Baste several times with reserved sauce and watch carefully to prevent burning.
