    Bermuda Salad Bowl

    1 small head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    ½ large Bermuda onion, sliced
    ½ cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
    2/3 cup French salad dressing
    1 small head iceberg lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces (I used green leaf lettuce)
    1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

    Recipe




    Slice cauliflowerets into a large salad bowl.

    Separate onion slices into rings (I cut smaller so the pieces were not so big) and add to cauliflower.

    Add olives.

    Pour dressing over; toss.

    Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

    Just before serving, add the lettuce and cheese; toss lightly.


    SERVES 8-10
