    Dressing: Ancient Cookfire Kumari Curry Dressing

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 cup of virgin olive oil
    1/3 cup of flaxseed or hempseed oil
    1 whole, peeled garlic clove
    1.5 tsp. of curry powder
    1/2 tsp. each of: dried tarragon, mint, dill, oregano, thyme, marjoram, sage, rosemary, powdered turmeric & powdered cumin
    1 tbsp. of chopped capers
    1/3 cup of aloe vera juice or gel
    1/4 cup of prepared, stone-ground mustard
    3 tbsp. of tamari soy sauce
    1 tsp. of maple syrup or molasses (optional)

    Recipe

    Put ingredients in a wide-mouth glass bottle or jar with a lid, and shake to coat herbs & spices with oils. (If possible, allow the spice & oil mixture to stand refrigerated for at least 2 hrs. to infuse oils with herbs.) If time is short, combine these ingredients and incorporate with the herbs & oils. Serve on salads & steamed vegetables.
