1/2 cup minced onions
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 pound crumbled blue cheeseRecipe
COMBINE EGG, ONIONS, AND GARLIC IN A FOOD PROCESSOR
PROCESS UNTIL WELL BLENDED
WITH MACHINE RUNNING, ADD OIL THEN BUTTERMILK IN A THIN-STEADY STREAM
SEASON WITH SALT, WHITE PEPPER, AND CAYENNE-MIX WELL
ADD CHEESE AND PULSE JUST TO MIX
COVER AND CHILL FOR 2-48 HOURS
SERVE SLIGHTLY CHILLED
