    2 tsps orange zest
    4 orange juice (fluid ounces)
    2 tbsps white wine vinegar
    2 tbsps fresh basil (minced or 2 teaspoon dried)
    1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and minced)
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tsps dijon mustard
    1 tsp ground cumin
    2 cloves cloves garlic (pressed)

    Recipe



    In a plastic bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.

    Cover and chill thoroughly.
