Dressing: Tofu Salad Dressing

List of Ingredients
4 ounces soft tofu (fresh bean curd), cubed
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons vinegar
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
1 small clove garlic, minced
Dash salt
Dash pepper
¼ teaspoon celery seed
Recipe
In a blender container or food processor bowl combine tofu, buttermilk, vinegar, Italian seasoning, dry mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cover and blend or process till smooth.
Transfer to a covered container. Stir in celery seed.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Makes 5 servings (2 tablespoons each).
