Salad on a Stick

Make as many as you like with:
wooden skewers, one per person
Radishes
Carrots
Celery
Radicchio leaves
Cucumbers
Iceberg lettuce, cut into 2-inch chunks
Black olives, pitted
Dressing of your choice
Cut vegetables into thin slices and thread onto skewers. Drizzle dressing down one side and serve.
