Open-Faced Tuna Sandwich

12 ounces Tuna, drained and flaked
2 cup Chopped, unpeeled apple
1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
1/2 cup Miracle whip
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
6 slices Bread toasted
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
Recipe
In a bowl, combine tuna, apple, onion, miracle whip, lemon juice and pepper. Spread on toast; top with cheese slice. Broil 4-inches from heat for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
