    Dessert: Blacksmith's Shop Butterscotch Sauce

    1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
    2/3 c. Karo light corn syrup
    4 T. butter
    1/4 c. cream
    1/4 c. milk

    Recipe

    Put sugar, corn syrup, and butter into a saucepan; bring to a boil, boil to 230 degrees. Take off stove, immediately add cream and milk, blending well.
