Soup: Tortellini Soup

List of Ingredients
1/4 lb Hot Sausage -- (casing removed)
1/2 cup Green Pepper squares (1 pepper)
1/2 cup Dried Onion
1 Medium Clove Garlic -- minced
1/4 tsp. Oregano
2 Cans (10-3/4 oz can) Condensed Chicken Broth
(College Inn brand)
1 1/2 Soup cans of water
1 Can (8oz) Tomatoes
2 Tbs. Chopped Parsley
1 Thin Zucchini (sliced)
1 Pkg (1 lb.) Frozen Meat Tortellini
Recipe
Fry up the sausage (smashing it with a fork), together
with the green pepper, onion, garlic, oregano and
zucchini until done. Stir to separate meat.
Next, add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer until done, approximately 20 minutes.
Stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.
