Apple Walnut Chicken Salad

5 ounces cooked chicken breast, cut into 1/2" to 3/4" chunks
1/2 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped apple
2 ounces chopped walnuts
1 tablespon raisins
1/3 cup prepared low-sugar Italian dressing
Bibb Lettuce
Recipe
In a medium bowl, gently stir together the chicken,celery, apple, walnuts, and raisins. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
Serve on a bed of Bibb lettuce.
