    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
    1/4 cup SOUTH BEACH DIET™ Italian Dressing
    1 bag (1 lb.) frozen bell pepper and onion strips, thawed, well drained
    1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Recipe



    Cook chicken in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 6 min. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

    Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Sprinkle with cheese.
