Mori-Nu is an excellent brand of silken tofu for this type of recipe. You can vary the firmness of the tofu depending on the desired consistency."--Robin Russell



List of Ingredients




12 oz Silken Tofu (firm or extra-firm)
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Caraway seeds
1/4 ts Dill
Juice of 3 small limes
2 tb Water

Recipe



Place all ingredients in blender and blend until creamy.

Serve on bread orbaked potatoes.
