    Even though it says "Iola's Perfect Pie Crust", it's mom's!

    List of Ingredients




    4 c flour
    1 T sugar
    2 t salt
    1 ¾ c Crisco
    ½ c cold water
    1 T vinegar
    1 large egg

    Recipe



    Mix flour, sugar and salt well with fork. Add Crisco and mix with fork until crumbly. In separate small bowl, beat together with a fork water, vinegar and egg. Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened. Divide into 5 portions for 2 double crust pies and 1 shell.
