    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    ¼ c honey
    3 T cider vinegar or lemon juice
    1 T dry mustard
    2 T chopped green onions
    1 t Dijon-style mustard
    ½ t dried thyme
    ¼ t dried oregano

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil. Spray foil with non-stick vegetable spray. In a small bowl, stir together vinegar and dry mustard. Add honey, green onions, Dijon-style mustard, thyme and oregano. Mix well. Lightly score chicken on both sides; place in prepared pan. Brush with half of honey-mustard sauce. Bake, turning once and brushing with remaining sauce. (About 30 minutes all together.)
