    Hot Crabmeat Dip


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces cream cheese
    • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 3 tablespoons dry vermouth
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 (7 3/4 can) crabmeat,, drained or 8 ounces mock crab, flaked
    • Toast points


    Instructions


    1. In the top of a double boiler set over hot water or very low heat; combine cream cheese, mayonniase, vermouth, Dijon, and salt. Cook over simmering water until it is throroughly mixed and warm.
    2. Add crabmeat; stir gently to combine.
    3. Transfer dip to a small heatproof dish and keep warm. Serve with toast points.


    Final Comments


    This is also good with fritos.
