    Lemony Sausage Balls


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds bulk pork sausage
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
    • 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
    • 1 teaspoon nutmeg


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, mix together thoroughly all ingredients.
    2. Form into small meatballs. Recipe should yield around 50.
    3. In large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage balls util well browned and cooked through, about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
    4. Serve hot in chafing dish with cocktail picks. Makes approximately 50 balls.
