    1 (18 1/2-ounce) package yellow cake mix
    1 1/3 cups beer
    3 eggs
    1 tablespoon oil
    2 tablespoon instant coffee
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 teaspoon ginger
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

    Recipe



    In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, beer, eggs, oil, coffee, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Blend until moistened. Scrape bowl and beaters. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Pour batter into well greased Bundt or angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes. Invert onto cake rack and cool. Drizzle with powdered sugar frosting and
    sprinkle with pieces of crystalizrd ginger if wished
