Pie- Fresh Peach Cream Pie
List of Ingredients
- 1 ( 8 oz ) package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons Cointreau or orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 9-inch pastry shell, baked, and cooled
- 3 cups sliced peeled peaches
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
Instructions
- With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and Cointreau or orange juice concentrate until smooth.
- Gradually add the cream, beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Spoon into pie shell, chill at least 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, arrange peaches over the filling, overlapping slices slightly. Heat orange marmalade until just melted, carefully spoon over peaches. Serve at once. Makes about 8 servings.
