    Pie- Fresh Peach Cream Pie


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 ( 8 oz ) package cream cheese
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 2 tablespoons Cointreau or orange juice concentrate
    • 1/2 cup whipping cream
    • 9-inch pastry shell, baked, and cooled
    • 3 cups sliced peeled peaches
    • 1/3 cup orange marmalade


    Instructions


    1. With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and Cointreau or orange juice concentrate until smooth.
    2. Gradually add the cream, beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Spoon into pie shell, chill at least 30 minutes.
    3. Just before serving, arrange peaches over the filling, overlapping slices slightly. Heat orange marmalade until just melted, carefully spoon over peaches. Serve at once. Makes about 8 servings.
