    Makes 2 dozen brownies

    4 squares BAKER'S® Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
    3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
    2 1/2 cups sugar, divided
    5 eggs, divided
    1 1/4 cups flour, divided
    1 package (8 ounces) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened

    Prep Time 15 minutes
    Bake Time 40 minutes




    HEAT oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil; grease foil.

    MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

    STIR 2 cups of the sugar into chocolate mixture until well blended. Mix in 4 of the eggs. Stir in 1 cup of the flour until well blended. Spread in prepared pan. Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg and 1/4 cup flour in same bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Spoon mixture over brownie batter. Swirl batters with knife to marbleize.

    BAKE 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan on wire rack. Lift out of pan onto cutting board.
