1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate

1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine

5 eggs

3 cups sugar

1 Tbsp. vanilla

1-1/2 cups flour

2 cups coarsely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts




Recipe



MELT chocolate and butter in small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Cool slightly.

BEAT eggs, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed for 10 minutes. Blend in chocolate mixture on low speed. Add flour, beat just until blended. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 13x9-inch baking pan.

BAKE at 375°F for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out almost clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan; cut into squares.
