    Great comfort food on a cold night!

    List of Ingredients




    5-6 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed and boiled as mashed potatoes, with added butter and salt and pepper
    1-2 onions, minced
    1 - 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can Niblets Corn (slightly smaller can than Cream Corn), drained
    1 can Cream Corn
    Milk for adding to mashed potatoes
    Butter or margarine
    Salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Cook onions in butter or oil until soft and translucent. Put in non-stick, ungreased 3-4 qt. casserole dish. Brown beef, drain and add as next layer to casserole dish. Drain Niblets corn. Mix Niblets and Cream corn and warm in frypan.
    Add to next layer of casserole. Put mashed potatoes on top, spread evenly. Dot with butter or margarine, salt and pepper. Cook at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
