    This marinade works great with chuck steak, top round, sirloin and flank steak

    List of Ingredients




    1 t. Tabasco sauce
    3 T. cider vinegar
    1 12-ounce bottle of beer
    1 T. coarse-grained mustard
    1 T. Worcestshire sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 t. minced garlic
    2 T. minced onion
    1 t. salt
    1 t. pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Place steak in a zip-type plastic bag and pour marinade over steak. Refrigerate six hours to overnight. Grill as usual.
