Bob's Leg of Lamb

This is from Bob Marcy, my aunt's husband and a fabulous cook!
List of Ingredients
- 1 leg of lamb
- 3 cans consomme
- blue cheese
- worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Pepper leg of lamb lightly
- Cover with blue cheese and worcestershire
- Pour consomme over it
- Bake slowly for 2 1/2 hours at 325*
