Chicken Party Bites
List of Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry thawed
3 medium green onions
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
3/4 cup shredded mozzaerlla or jalapeno jack cheese 3 ounces
Glaze
l large egg yolk
1 Tablespoon water

Preheat oven to 425
On a floured surface unfold pastry sheet so that it lies flat nd cut into two 12x4 inch
rectangles....cover and chill
In a blender or processer chop green onion. Add marmalade, chicken and cheese
and process until finely chopped.
Make glaze with egg yolk and water and brush over one long side of each sheet.
Fold long sides over filling and press edges to seal. Spoon filling down each lenth of
rectangle to within 1/2 inch of edges and brush the top with the glaze again.
Cut crosswise into l inch thick slices. Place pastry on an ungreased cookie sheet and
freeze for 10 minutes.
Bake until golden brown about 12 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and cool slightly..
Serve with onion fans.
