    Kahlua Pecan Brie

    List of Ingredients




    1 round Brie Cheese 15 oz
    1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
    2 T Kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur
    1 1/2 TBSP brown sugar

    Recipe



    Remove rind from top of Brie and cut to within 1/2 inch of outside edge. Place on oven safe dish.

    Combine rest of ingredients and spread over top of Brie. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes or just until soft.

    Serve immediately with apple slices or gingersnaps.

    To make ahead, assemble and chill up to 4 hours. Let stand at room temp. 10 to 15 minutes before baking. You can also slice apples ahea and chill in a plastic bag with orange of pineapple juice to cover to prevent browning.
