Vegetable Tortilla Wrap

Recipe Introduction
Had this once at a family gathering and couldn't get enough. Easy to mass-produce.
List of Ingredients
1 Bunch of broccoli (flowers only)
1 large tomato - remove juice and seeds
2 scallions (or 3 tablespoons of minced red onion)
1 container of small curd cottage cheese
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1 large packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix (package MUST say DIP)
Tortilla soft wraps
A few sprigs of fresh dill
Recipe
Cut and chop broccoli florets very finely. Set aside.
Cut tomato into small pieces. Set aside.
Cut scallons into small pieces. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, dip mix and scallions. Fold in tomato and broccoli.
Spread a little soft cream cheese around the outer edge like a half-moon on the tortillas.
Spread on the mixture, but not on the edges.
Roll toward the cream cheese.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Slice into 1-1/4" pieces.
Lay on the side (like a slice of jelly roll).
Decorate outer edge of plate with fresh dill and serve.
