    Punch Bowl Cake

    2 angel food cakes
    2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
    2 small boxes strawberry Jello
    1 large Cool whip
    1 qt. frozen strawberries

    Cut angel food cake in small squares. Prepare Jello with 2 cups boiling water, stirring until dissolved; then add frozen strawberries.
    Stir mixture until strawberries are thawed completely. Mixture will soft gel while you are preparing pudding.
    Prepare pudding as directed on package.
    Have cool whip thawed.
    Place part of cake pieces in punch bowl. Pour ½ of pudding over this layer. Over pudding, pour ½ of the Jello mixture. Cover this with ½ of the cool whip.
    Place remaining pieces of cake on top of cool whip and do second layer same as first.
    Let set completely before serving.

    Can also add small package of chopped pecans
