    1-2-3 Cheesecake

    This is one of my family's favorite desserts.

    1-2-3 Cheesecake

    Crust:
    24 graham crackers (crushed)
    1 stick melted oleo

    Mix together and put into a 9x13 inch pan

    Filling:
    2 (8oz) packages cream cheese
    1 box (1 pound) powdered sugar
    1 (12oz) carton cool whip

    In a large bowl, blend the cream cheese and the powdered sugar with an electric mixer.
    Add the cool whip and blend.
    Pour over graham cracker crust.

    Topping:
    1 or 2 can’s cherry pie filling

    Pour over the top of cream cheese filling.
    Refrigerate 2 or 3 hours before serving
