Minnesota Goulash
List of Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
scallions (green onions or regular onions will suffice)
2 cans vegetarian vegetable soup
2 cans tomato soup
half box of vermicelli (extremely thin pasta)

Brown ground beef with scallions in saute pan. Cook until there is no pink in the meat. Use potatoe masher to mash meat into small pieces while cooking. Drain in colander and run hot water over meat to reduce/remove any fat and grease.
While meat is browning..boil water in pot and add small bit of olive oil and dash of salt..when at a full boil, add your pasta.
Mix pasta and 4 cans of soup with meat mixture and generous sprinkling of Lawry's. Bake in oven in casserole dish at 325 for 45 minutes.
Delicious served with warm rolls and honey and a nice tossed salad.
Freezes very well.
