    List of Ingredients


    • 2 11oz can mexican corn, drained
    • 2 4oz can green chilis, drained
    • 2 cups grated Mexican cheese
    • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 cup mayo
    • corn chips for dipping


    Instructions


    1. mix all ingredients and bake at 350 in 9x13 greased pan for 30 to 40 min
