    Banana cheesecake

    THis is a wonderful recipe I found in an old newspaper.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound cream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp banana flavoring
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 cups sour cream

    Recipe



    cream togetther cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and yolks,
    add vanilla and banana flavoring. When mixture is well incorporated add sour cream. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust using a 10 inch springform pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 90 minutes.
