    Carrot Cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups cake flour
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 1/2 cup vegatable oil
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cups grated carrots


    Instructions


    1. sift together cakeflour, sugar, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon
    2. In another bowl beat eggs with oil. Add dry ingrdients and bet well.
    3. Fold in carrots and pour into 3 greased and floured 8 inch cake pans
    4. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
