    Icing for Carrot Cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
    • 1 box powdered sugar (31/2 cups)
    • 1 stick butter
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 1 cup pecans
    • 1 cup coconut
    • 1 to 2 tsp water or milk


    Instructions


    1. Mix first 4 ingredients; add pecans, then coconut and mix well
