    Fresh Peach Pound cake

    If you love peaches and cake, thn you will love this Peaches Pound Cake.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup (unsalted butter))
    • 3 cups sugar
    • 6 eggs
    • 3 cups cake flour (sifted)
    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 2 cups fresh peeled peaches( finely chopped)
    • 2 tsp vanilla
    • 1 tsp almond


    Instructions


    1. cream butter and sugar
    2. add eggs one at a time
    3. combine flour, soda and salt
    4. combine sour cream and peaches
    5. fpld dry ingredients into creamed mixture alternately with peaches
    6. stir in vanilla and almond
    7. bake at 325 for 9o minutes in 10 inch tube pan or bundt pan


    Final Comments


    The almond can be omitted but it won't taste as good.
