    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can pumpkin
    • 1 can eagle brand milk
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp nutmeg, ginger, salt
    • 1 pie crust


    Instructions


    1. pre-heat oven to 425
    2. whisk all ingredients together, pour into pie shell
    3. bake 5 min. reduce heat to 350 bake35 to 40 min more
