Sour cream coffee cake

My husband and son love this coffee cake.





List of Ingredients



• Filling: 1 cup chopped nuts
  
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
  
• 21/4 tsp cinnamon
  
• cake: 3 cups flour
  
• 41/2 tsp baking soda
  
• 41/2 tsp baking powder
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 11/2 cups sugar
  
• 1 cup unsalted butter
  
• 3 large eggs
  
• 2 tsp vanilla
  
• 2 cups sour cream
  
• powdered sugar
  






Instructions



1. Filling: mix all ingredients in bowl to blend and set aside
   
2. Butter and flour a 12 cup Bundt pan
   
3. combine flour, soda, powder and salt
   
4. using mixer, beat sugar and butter
   
5. add eggs, vanilla
   
6. stir in flour mixture alternately with sour cream
   
7. pour 2 cups in pan, sprinkle3/4 cup filling,cover with 21/2 cps cake mixture
   
8. top with filling cover with remaining batter
   
9. Bake 1 hourat 375
   
10. cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar
