    Peanut Butter Pie

    MY ex sister-in-law gave me this recipe 30 years age


    List of Ingredients


    • Ready made chocolate pie shell
    • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
    • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
    • 4oz cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 2 cups cool whip


    Instructions


    1. cream peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar
    2. Stir in milk
    3. Fold in cool-whip
    4. Pour in pie shell
    5. Freeze 4 hours
    6. Allow to thaw 10 minutes before slicing


    Final Comments


    My ex sister-in-law was a very sweet person, and this pie is wonderful to taste and to make.
