    24 Muffins @ 1 point each

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup water
    2 cup Kellogg's Original All-Bran
    2 cup buttermilk
    2 large egg(s)
    2 1/2 cup whole-grain wheat flour
    2 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp table salt
    1 1/2 cup SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

    Recipe



    Boil the water and pour it over the bran - let it sit for a while. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Fold in the bran. Let it sit over night or for a few hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
