    8 slices - 3 points each.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 Cup RF Bisquick
    1/2 Cup Splenda
    1/2 Cup Skim Milk

    2 1/2 Cups peeled diced apples
    1 TBS lemon juice
    2/3 Cup brown sugar
    3/4 tsp Cinnamon

    1 Cup Boiling water

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine Bisquick, splenda and milk. Spread into 9 x 9 pan. Combine apples, lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread on top of cake mixture. Pour boiling water over top. Bake 50 - 60 minutes. Caramel sauce forms at the bottom. I let it cool about 5 minutes, loosened sides and flipped upside down like a pineapple upside down cake onto a plate.
