    1 can Sweet Potatoes, cut, in syrup
    1/4 cup Parkay Margarine, Light, melted
    1 cup Splenda
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 tablespoons Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
    1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
    1/3 cup brown sugar, unpacked
    2 tablespoons Parkay Margarine, Light
    1/3 cup flour, all-purpose
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 cup nuts, chopped

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, heat undrained potatoes to the boiling point. Mash potatoes with 1/4 cup melted butter. Add next 5 ingredients & blend well. Turn into a 9 inch square baking dish.

    To create the topping, combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in a saucepan. Heat gently over medium heat. Remove from the stove & stir in the nuts. Pour over the top of the potato mixture.
    Bake 45 minutes. 218 calories | 3 g fiber | 8 g fat
