    List of Ingredients




    8 oz very lean ground beef or ground turkey breast
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 can corn 1 can black beans
    1 cup salsa 2.5 cups water
    8 oz mini-penne 4 oz ff cream cheese
    4 oz 50% less fat pepper jack cheese

    Recipe




    Brown meat. Drain. Add taco seasoning, corn, beans, salsa, pasta and water. Simmer for 15 minutes until pasta is cooked. Add cheeses and stir until melted.
