    1 bag of fresh cranberries (usually available in October and November)
    1 large navel orange
    1/2 of a fresh pineapple (skin trimmed off and diced)
    1/2 cup sugar

    Recipe




    Process the fruit until it is slightly lumpy (this should be a similar consistency to pickle relish and should not be too smooth). Add sugar to taste. The sweeter the pineapple, the less sugar you need (you can add more pineapple to reduce the amount of sugar, but don't over do it or you'll lose the cranberry flavor). Let the mixture chill for one hour and taste before adding more sugar or fruit to determine sweetness.
    Serving Size – 2 tablespoons
