    Cream of Broccoli/Cauliflower Soup

    Makes about 6 servings, each 1 1/2 cups.
    Each serving = 1 point

    List of Ingredients




    16 ounces frozen broccoli
    16 ounces frozen cauliflower
    8 ounces fat-free American cheese slice
    4 cups fat-free chicken broth
    1 small onion
    1/4 cup fat free half-and-half

    Recipe



    1.Cook cauliflower & broccoli in some water, in the microwave.

    2.Saute chopped onions in Pam cooking Spray. Add broccoli, cauliflower & broth. Cook until completely tender.

    3.Add veggies to the blender, and puree. Add back to broth and add in cheese slices (torn into pieces) & half-n-half. Warm over medium-high heat, stirring occassionally.

    4.Salt & pepper as needed
