    Cheese Ball

    List of Ingredients

4 ounces cheddar or American cheese
    2-8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 teaspoon milk**
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce**
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon dried onions
    1 tablespoon dried chives
    pinch dill weed, optional
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts or 1 cup fresh chopped parsley

    Recipe

Shred or chop the cheddar or American cheese in as little pieces as possible. Let sit at room temperature while you put the rest of the mixture together. Mix the milk, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce together thoroughly. Add the spices and mix again. Next add the American or cheddar cheese to this mixture. Combine all and let set in refrigerator till the cheeses are relaxed into each other. Put the chopped nuts or parsley in a shallow bowl ( I like to use a paper plate for this, as it's the easiest, because it's wide and shallow). Place the cheeseball in the middle of it and roll around till all is covered. Remove and put on a serving plate. Cover with plastic wrap till ready to serve. Makes 1-4 inch cheeseball.

**note: You can substitute the milk and worchestershire sauce with the same amounts of a port wine. Follow the rest of the directions as stated.
