    Festive Seafood Cheese Dip

    List of Ingredients




    8 ounce cream cheese, softened
    1 cup sour cream
    8 ounces flaked crab meat, (real or imitation)
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1-2 ounce jar pimento, drained
    2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
    2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    1 pound box ritz crackers

    Recipe



    In a small bowl cream;cheese and sour cream at medium speed, scraping bowl often, till smooth (1-2 minutes). If desired, save 1/4 cup of crab meat and cheese to garnish with. Stir in remaining ingredients except crackers. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors. Garnish with reserved cheese and crab meat. Serve with crackers.
